Our website optimization approach consists of three components. Though we recommend that you use all three components in the engagement, you will have the freedom to pick and choose which components you may want to use during the engagement. These three components are:
- We will look at your Web Analytics to determine WHAT are the roadblocks to conversion on your website
- We will conduct user test on your site to understand WHY these roadblocks exist on your website.
- Once you have made changes to your website based upon recommendations, we will then VERIFY via A/B testing that changes did have the desired impact on your website.
